What Parents Say About Sleep Bud Sleep
"My husband and I were so grateful and pleased with the results we had with our 10 month old daughter. She was waking every 1-2 hours every night and not sleeping consistently with nap time. Monica educated us and was so patient with all of our questions and concerns. From the first night we stuck to her instruction and our family dynamics changed instantly, our baby was sleeping 8 hours a night plus taking two naps daily for 1-2 hours each. Her help has been so amazing and we couldn’t be more happy to have chosen her to help us with our sleep needs for our baby."

![Ever noticed your baby rubbing their eyes or face right before sleep?
It may look like a “habit” ❌
And it’s not something to rush to stop ❌
It’s often your baby’s way of coping with tiredness and sensory overload as they wind down for sleep 🌙
When babies are getting tired or overstimulated, they may rub their eyes/face to self-settle and block out stimulation. It’s a sleep cue that tells you: “I need rest soon.”
✨ What helps:
✔ Offer sleep at the first tired signs .. before they get overtired
✔ Keep wake windows age-appropriate
✔ Create a calm, predictable wind-down routine
✔ Dim lights & reduce noise before naps and bedtime
✔ Support gentle self-settling
When babies are guided to sleep at the right time, they settle easier and rest more peacefully 🤍

![This is the reason,
If your baby wakes every 45–60 minutes at night, it’s natural to offer a feed, a bottle, rocking, swing or a pacifier - hoping this time they’ll sleep longer.
BUT when night wakings repeat this frequently, it’s usually not hunger alone. ❌
Most often, it’s a mix of:
• Inefficient daytime feeds (Reversal feeds during nights)
• Sleep associations with feeding
• Overtiredness from previous naps
• Baby relying on ONLY feeding to connect sleep cycles
So even after a feed, the wake-ups continue.
✨ Better sleep doesn’t come from more feeding ..
It comes from structured feeds, age-appropriate routines, and gently teaching babies how to settle between cycles.
When these pieces fall into place, babies naturally start sleeping longer stretches .. without forcing or cry-it-out.
If your baby is waking every hour and nothing seems to help, you don’t have to figure this out alone.

![Ever noticed your baby grabbing or pulling their hair right before they cry and settle to sleep? 👀
It may look like they’re hurting themselves ❌
And it’s not something to panic about or rush to stop ❌
It’s often your baby’s way of releasing tension and coping with tiredness as they wind down for sleep 🌙
When babies get tired or overstimulated, pulling at their hair or face is a reflex .. a physical release for an overtired little nervous system. It’s a sleep cue that’s really saying: “I’m ready to rest, but I’m overtired.” 🥺
✨ What helps:
✔ Watch for the early tired signs .. yawning, zoning out, fussing .. and start winding down before the hair-pulling begins
✔ Keep wake windows age-appropriate
✔ Create a calm, predictable wind-down routine
✔ Dim lights & reduce noise before naps and bedtime
✔ Support gentle-settling
When babies are guided to sleep before they tip into overtired, they settle easier and rest more peacefully 🤍
🌙 SAVE this for the next time you see the hair-pulling & SHARE it with a parent who might need it ♥️
