What Parents Say About Sleep Bud Sleep
"My husband and I were so grateful and pleased with the results we had with our 10 month old daughter. She was waking every 1-2 hours every night and not sleeping consistently with nap time. Monica educated us and was so patient with all of our questions and concerns. From the first night we stuck to her instruction and our family dynamics changed instantly, our baby was sleeping 8 hours a night plus taking two naps daily for 1-2 hours each. Her help has been so amazing and we couldn’t be more happy to have chosen her to help us with our sleep needs for our baby."

🕞 If you want your little one to sleep for longer 6-hour stretches, THEN you need to stop doing this one thing ⬇️
Is your baby waking up every 1–2 hours ⏰ at night and needing to be fed, rocked, or held back to sleep?
This is one of the most common patterns I see with the moms who are approaching me and the real reason behind it is often not hunger 🤱🏼🍼. In fact, there’s one small habit that keeps babies stuck in short sleep cycles, even when they’re developmentally ready to sleep longer.
✅ ⬇️ Here’s what you can start doing instead to encourage longer night stretches:
• Begin feeding 20 mins before the naptime & bedtime
• Create a calming, predictable bedtime routine
• Ensure naps and wake windows are age-appropriate
.
.
<<find more in blog page>>
…But there’s one crucial thing you need to stop doing ❌ and it might be the reason your baby can’t stay asleep for long.
👉 I’ve broken it down in detail (with step-by-step solutions) in my latest blog post.

![Ever noticed your baby rubbing their eyes or face right before sleep?
It may look like a “habit” ❌
And it’s not something to rush to stop ❌
It’s often your baby’s way of coping with tiredness and sensory overload as they wind down for sleep 🌙
When babies are getting tired or overstimulated, they may rub their eyes/face to self-settle and block out stimulation. It’s a sleep cue that tells you: “I need rest soon.”
✨ What helps:
✔ Offer sleep at the first tired signs .. before they get overtired
✔ Keep wake windows age-appropriate
✔ Create a calm, predictable wind-down routine
✔ Dim lights & reduce noise before naps and bedtime
✔ Support gentle self-settling
When babies are guided to sleep at the right time, they settle easier and rest more peacefully 🤍
🌙 SAVE this for the next time you see eye-rubbing & SHARE it with a parent who might need it ♥️
If your child does this - drop “YES” in comments ✨🫵🏻

![If this reel has reached your feed, you must be a sleep deprived mom 🥺💤 And If this feels like your daily story, it’s usually not “bad luck” .. it’s sleep associations, overtiredness, or difficulty linking sleep cycles.
Comment “𝐍𝐀𝐏” and i will DM you the tip that helps your little one to nap better.. 🥱💤
✨Cat/Short naps = 30–40 mins. ✨Nap traps = you’re stuck because baby’s sleeping. Both are exhausting, right?
Cat naps… those frustrating 30–40 min naps that leave your baby cranky and you with zero time to breathe 😩
And then there’s the ‘nap trap’ — where you’re stuck in one spot because the baby finally fell asleep on you and you’re too scared to move. 😵💫
Here’s the thing — short naps aren’t random.
They usually happen because your baby wakes after one sleep cycle and can’t connect to the next one on their own. The reasons can be anything from wrong wake windows, overtiredness, or strong sleep associations, to environmental factors or developmental leaps.
The good news?
You can gently teach your baby to bridge those cycles and enjoy longer, more restful naps — without forcing or letting them cry it out.
I’m giving away a free nap tip that has helped so many parents go from cat naps to consistent, restorative naps for their babies.
💌 Comment “𝐍𝐀𝐏” below and I’ll DM it to you.
If you’re exhausted & nothing helped you so far - then, DM “𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐓“ and I’ll share how we can work together.

![It’s REVERSE CYCLING 🤱🏼🔁
🙇🏻Well! I hear many stories from parents and one of the most common fears is - IS MY BABY GETTING RIGHT AMOUNT OF MILK?
👶🏻😴Your baby falls asleep during naps and bedtime, but wakes up every 45-60 mins 🕕 - let’s say this happens at from bedtime
⏰ 8pm - Fed and asleep
⏰ 9pm - CRIES, fed again
⏰ 10:30 pm - Awake, fed again
Everyone goes back to sleep...
(Continued until 12am)
⏰1am - Baby is Awake again so we feed
⏰3am - Awake again... (couldn’t possibly be hungry?? - but we feed)
⏰5am - Awake again... awake for the day or feed?
⏰7am - Awake for the day
📢It’s not uncommon for babies to follow what I call a reverse feeding pattern after good feed, where they wake every ONE hour after the feed, until morning.
🧠This is related to the science of sleep. At the beginning of the night, your baby is in their deepest stage of sleep and as you progress throughout the night the sleep gets lighter and then spend more time in REM - Active stages of sleep.. This can result in more wakings as there are more vulnerabilities in light sleep!!
This pattern is commonly occurs for OVERTIRED babies and this will never STOP. Try following WAKE windows and this will work like a magic for your family. Follow this and your family can get well rested sleep. 💤 🛌 😴

![1️⃣ Letting the Baby Stay Up Late Thinking They’ll Sleep Longer 🥱
- In reality, overtired babies wake more often and sleep more restlessly.
2️⃣Feeding to Sleep Every Time 🤱🏼
- Post 4 months this creates dependency, making it hard for babies to settle back on their own.
3️⃣ Using the Cradle/jhula or Pram/Car Rides as a Daily Sleep Crutch 🔁
- Motion sleep feels like a quick fix, but it prevents deeper, more restorative sleep.
4️⃣ Relying on bright sleeping room & using night light 💡
- Skipping a dark room for naps confuses the body clock and makes day sleep harder. And the light would break melatonin segregation
5️⃣ Offering Multiple hourly Night Feeds Just to Soothe👩🏼🍼
- Not every wake-up is hunger; frequent unnecessary feeds can reinforce waking patterns and becomes habit.
